We are able to offer our clients comprehensive ATEX or IECEx solutions and certification for:

  • Gas and/or Dust Atmospheres

  • Gas Zones / Equipment Categories : 0, 1, 2

Manufacturing

Our manufacturing team boasts highly experienced, technically competent, qualified personnel and extensive facilities with a dedicated test and validation department. Proeon ensures that hazardous area working is managed with in-depth procedures within our accredited ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

In conjunction with our ISO 9001 status, we adhere to BS EN ISO/IEC 80079-34:2011 and BS EN 60079 to ensure the highest quality standards for Ex manufacture. Which specify particular requirements and information for establishing and maintaining a stringent quality system to manufacture Ex equipment.

Proeon have ongoing commitment to ensure staff are well versed within the standards required for safe working and are CompEx trained to further their understanding of hazardous areas.

Installation, Commissioning and Inspection

The Proeon engineering team have a wealth of experience in both onshore and offshore environments and we ensure we have the qualifications and certification, to allow us to install and commission equipment to our clients' exacting standards.

We pride ourselves on client satisfaction, being able to offer solutions that cover from initial design to final inspection, and support thereafter as required. We are able to utilise a single point of contact throughout the project lifecycle, for an encompassing yet cost effective solution.

Proeon are able to offer standalone review and engineering consultancy for hazardous area installations, which includes report and documentation with an action plan of potential options, all of which can be undertaken by our hazardous area specialists.
