Engineering Consultancy
Provision of engineering consultancy for the design of industrial control systems and communications systems. Site surveys and reports.
Proeon Systems have successfully provided complete engineering design teams on a variety of projects to facilitate the generation of detailed technical specifications, software control design, F&G design, vendor management and commissioning support.
Systems Design
Detailed hardware and software designs for new control systems including detailed hardware design, functional design specifications, software design specifications and procedures. Capability to assemble and test.
Third Party Independent Reviews
We can provide an independent review of designs and test results as well as providing independent inspection and witness testing.
Application Software
Design of application software for PLCs, HMIs together with low level embedded systems design including Echelon Lonworks and power-line carrier systems. Our extensive experience with the use of PLCs in high availability and critical control systems includes Rockwell, Modicon, GE Fanuc, Siemens and Mitsubishi with HMI experience with InTouch, Fix and RSView packages.
System Support and Enhancements
Support and upgrades of existing systems including hardware and software with the provision of installation and commissioning services where necessary.
Technical Support
We provide technical support for installed systems including software modifications, hardware upgrades.
Training
Detailed and comprehensive training courses can be provided on a variety of subjects including PLCs, subsea and gas turbine control systems.
Field Support for Wellhead Control and Gas Turbine Control Systems
Proeon Systems has recognised the need to provide field and upgrade support for wellhead and gas turbine installations. The range of support includes independent support for Subsea control systems together with gas turbine control systems using both PLCs and bespoke digital engine controllers.
