Finance Administrator - Part-Time

Position: Finance Administrator (Part-Time - 15 Hours per week) to provide a range of accounting support services for the company.

  • Location:         Hethel Engineering Centre, Hethel, Norwich, NR14 8FB
  • Reporting to:  Finance Manager

Requirements:

  • All banking reconciliation, including company credit cards
  • Administering supplier payments and the processing of invoices
  • Compiling, completing and submitting the Company's VAT return
  • Credit control, chasing customer payments and reconciling payments received
  • Mange and process the company payroll using Sage 50:  verifying time-sheets; overtime payments; NIC and PAYE
  • Managing and administering the company pension scheme: uploading all pension data to the pension administrators on a monthly basis
  • Mange and process the company travel and expense system
  • Responsible for managing the company bank accounts to include foreign payments
  • Project control: entering budgets and costs
  • Attending management meetings and providing the financial overview of the company
  • Day-to-day management of all of the company's financial systems
  • Covering HR administration duties where necessary

Skills:

  • Extensive Sage 50 experience
  • Previous experience managing or processing company payroll & financial systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • PC Literate with experience of Word; Excel and databases desirable
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective time management:
