Our employees are comprised almost exclusively of professional engineers with significant industrial experience within the oil & gas, renewable, energy, process and petrochemical industries. Most engineers are degree or HND qualified and many are members of respected professional institutions.
Our Engineering, Test and Validation personnel hold current offshore survival and medical certificates. Proeon maintain a competency register containing profiles of those individuals carrying out activities within the company which specifically addresses Functional Safety competence and Ex competence.
Our Engineering and Project Management teams are supported by our experienced and talented Administration and Business Support teams who underpin essential day-to-day operations for the company.
Richard Miller
Managing Director
Appointed in 2017, Richard brings with him around 30 years of skilled leadership, expertise and knowledge of the oil & gas and energy industries. During his career, he has been responsible for the successful delivery of multimillion US$ projects and has a proven track record in the development and management of major businesses in the UK and internationally.
With full responsibility for the leadership and development of the business, Richard plays a key role in delivering the company's growth goals as well as building on the company’s outstanding reputation for service and delivery to clients.
Kevin Magee
Technical Director
Kevin founded the company with Eddie Pond, and now oversees the company's delivery of its core objectives. A Chartered Electrical Engineer and CFSP with over 30 years' experience in detailed design, project engineering, project management, commissioning, and engineering management roles for a variety of industries. Kevin is an ardent believer in the very best levels of customer support and service.

Dr Dorian Hindmarsh
Commercial Director
Dorian heads up the diverse Commercial Team at Proeon and is responsible for developing and supporting new and existing, markets and clients.
Having joined Proeon in 2012, Dorian has been developing a concise commercial team to ensure Proeon meets the demand of its growing customer base around the globe. Dorian has an extensive background in business development and involvement in low carbon and energy industries in both the UK and Scandinavia, from Hydrocarbons to Hydrogen.

Dale Carter
Engineering Director
Dale heads up the Engineering department and is responsible for the overall technical delivery of Proeon’s projects, systems, and equipment.
A professionally qualified Principal Engineer/Technical Manager who is a Siemens Certified Engineer, Mitsubishi Senior Certified Engineer and a Profibus Certified Engineer with over 30 years’ experience within the Oil & Gas, Nuclear, Water, Waste-Water, Chemical, Food & Beverage and Process Industries. Dale has specialist development knowledge in the generation of standards for technical documentation, PLC software, SCADA, electrical control design and systems design for a variety of customers.

Stuart is responsible for the overall project management and delivery of Proeon's contracts to client expectations & has been with Proeon since January 2015. A professionally qualified Engineer and Chartered Project Manager with over 25 years' engineering & project management experience in the Oil & Gas and Process & Water industries. Stuart maintains our ethos of innovation, reliability, and integrity.
Mark Beavis
Test & Service Manager
Mark heads up the Test & Service team and is responsible for the rigorous inspection and test of systems and solutions developed by Proeon Systems Ltd. In addition, Mark also supports the coordination of site based installation and commissioning activities onshore and offshore both within domestic and overseas markets. Mark is a professionally qualified Engineer with over 20 years' experience.
Randall Williams
Fire & Gas Systems Specialist Engineer
Randall is responsible for Business Development support within the Fire & Gas sector, since joining Proeon in 2015, and oversees all aspects of Fire & Gas projects. A professionally qualified Engineer and Third Party Certified risk assessor with over 15 years' experience in the; Oil & Gas, Renewable, Process and Manufacturing, and Industrial sectors.

Sharon Ware
Financial Controller
Sharon is ACA qualified and he is responsible for the management and control of all accounts and financial activity on behalf of the company. A key member of the Proeon team with many years experience in financial management, financial planning and business information. Sharon also heads up and manages the finance administration team for the company.
Steven Morris
QHSE Manager
Steve is responsible for providing QHSE support to the team, assisting them to achieve continued improvements within their Quality, Health and Safety, and Environmental (QHSE) performance, whilst maintaining compliance to the company’s integrated business management systems and ISO Certification. An experienced QHSE implementer and manager, with international experience of developing, managing and improving QHSE, often in challenging environments.

Human Resources Advisor
Theresa is responsible for the management of the Human Resources function; from activities requiring strategic input through to detailed implementation, working collaboratively across the organisation to ensure continuous improvement, efficiency and effectiveness. Theresa is MCIPD qualified and has over 20 years' experience working within the engineering, healthcare, wholesale and financial sectors.
